Instructions for Use:
1.Connect the cable marked “IN” to the MIDI “OUT” socket of a MIDI keyboard(or MIDI device)
2.Connect the cable marked “OUT” to the MIDI “IN” socket of a MIDI keyboard(of MIDI device)
3.Plug the USB cable into any free USB socket on your computer, the red LED will light to show power on
4.Open your music software program, e.g. Cubase, Sonar, MIDI Connections, ect
5.Set the music programs MIDI in and MIDI Out devices to “USB Audio Device”
6.Your USB to MIDI interface is now ready for use
7.To save potential problems, it is recommended that this interface is always connected to the same USB as it was originally installed on to prevent multiple installations of the driver

I am an audio engineer, my friend brought his electronic drum kit over, its an old kit that has that dual midi cable input and output. I did not have the proper cables for it since midi has now been replaced by usb. This product provided me with a very easy solution, and it works exactly as it should. And now my friend can play his drum and it directly converts to midi and my computer plays it in real-time (no delay whatsoever) with the drumkit plug in. No problems at all!

Ordered this product to use as a connection to my computer for a Midi device that is older than most out there today. I was hesitant at first because I hate sending items that I purchased back to the manufacture. HOWEVER, this product fit like charm with regards to both connections, and even though I did not have to contact the company, they were concerned about my satisfaction with the product and if it worked as described. Great client service and customer concern from VicTSing. I would NOT hesitate to purchase another item from them.
