I ordered this as a birthday present for my 12 year old son. I was really impressed with the quality as well as the sound. My son loves them! Unfortunately his younger brother threw something at them the 2nd day he had them and put a hole in one of the heads. I contacted the seller to find out about buying a replacement head. They responded immediately to find out which head was broken and said they would see what they could do to fix it. I received an email the very next day letting me know there wasn’t a replacement head and they would ship us another set. That kind of customer service is very hard to find these days. My son was so happy….and so was his younger brother who was going to be shelling out the money for a new set!

We received the bongo drums in the mail and they were fine – very good product for the price. However, one of the drumskins was accidently torn in our traveling. I got in touch with Cascio Interstate (the seller) about a replacement and amazing – they are sending a new bongo set for free. I can’t recommend this company enough for your music needs!!!
