I order everything, including this doumbek, from Amazon because I trust Amazon in case of any problems. Sure enough, I get a doumbek with the outside wrapping of the drum uneven and unsightly. I contacted Amazon through “online chat” and a new drum was sent out immediately, no questions asked. I couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with than Amazon. Unfortunately the drum was a bit of a disappointment, although the people at Toca are great.

This drum is perfect for quick practice in the house. My husband is just learning and loves the ease w/ which it handles. Great value for the money.

I purchased this doumbek for my twelve year old daughter. This was my first Toca and I was worried about the sound quality. Good news–it has great tones. Very distinct bass and treble tones. My daughter loves the design and it’s incredibly lightweight. I like the sound–only time will tell if it holds its tone over the long haul. Recommended.
