Found this for my (real) trombone playing son on a lark. He loved it! It’s a kazoo. It’s plastic and although the slide works – it doesn’t change the sound. It’s a KAZOO. We will be hanging it on the Christmas tree this season, because IT’S A KAZOO!

Yep, everyone else rated this as cheap, and I bought it anyway – the ONLY thing my son asked for, for Christmas, was a trombone, and this was the ONLY one I found online.

I was disappointed when I first saw it, it looks like a metallic spray paint over plastic. It’s much smaller, proportionately, than the other toy musical instruments we’d gotten my son over the years. The slide works – barely, and not smoothly, and it doesn’t affect the sound in any way (and a slide SHOULD!) The slide is attached by a couple pieces of tin. They bend easily, but so far have bent back into place without snapping off.

It’s a decent toy trombone. Unfortunately, I had to pay about three times that. Would I buy it again? Yes, but only if Santa was brought into the picture. Otherwise, I’d steer clear.

I purchased a trombone and trumpet kazoo at the same time from this seller. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the products or the way they were shipped, but I wasn’t upset enough to deal with returning the products. I left a comment here to that effect and the seller contacted me, without any prompting from me, to try to help resolve my concerns. I appreciated that they did that.
