I have played for almost 70 years and I would suggest one thing. I own a Bach TR200 Trumpet and I treat my new Legacy Cornet the same way even though it is almost 5 times less expensive. With the Bach it was a daily excersize (for the first 3 weeks) to clean the valves of metal filings, clean the valve casings and reoil the vales. Treat your new Legacy with the same care and it will reward you with years of satisfaction. The horn has an excellent sound and the valves are smooth and responsive. Tuning is no problem. For the savings off the original price this is a winner.
