I replaced the stock speakers in my (2x70W) Bugera 212V-BK Vintage 2 x 12-inch, 140-Watt Stereo Guitar Cabinet with two Jensen C12R (2x25W). The Jensen was a perfect fit for the speakers it replaced and it was easy to install. All I had to do was unscrew & unsolder the old speakers and solder & screw in the Jensens. The Jensens really brightened up the V212, added much sparkle, jangle, top-end clarity and responsiveness that was previously missing. I’m driving the V212 with a Bugera V5 5-Watt Class-A Valve Amplifier Combo with Reverb And Power Attenuator, so the Jensens are a much better match in terms of power output and handling. Sounds great with my 12-string Rickenbacker and Fender MIM Stratocaster.

I had been contemplating purchasing MUCH more expensive speakers from Celestion or Eminence, and I’m glad I saved myself ALOT of money by getting these Jensen C12Rs. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
