A student of mine bought one of these so-called "shakuhachi" but it is not a real shakuhachi at all. it is terribly out of tune and poorly made. When he tried to return it all he was offered was another inferior instrument. NO REFUNDS! BEWARE!

This is a great flute. It is professionally made and is crafted of good quality thick bamboo. The sound is amazing. Highly recommend!!
